User Experience Workflow
- User buys product “Marina Account”
- User is re-directed to “Thank You” page
- Thank you Page has Form with questions about account
- Once completed, the form creates a new marina on the site and sets it as a draft. The MM team is required to review and approve to turn it on.
- Thank you email goes out to the user with a link to the “Thank You” page and a request to provide marina details.
- Thank you Page has Form with questions about account
- When the MM team approves the post and it goes live, we’ll auto-email users to let them know their slips are on the site (with a link to view).
- One week before the subscription renews, we’ll auto-email users to let them know current details & ask them to update the form if there are any changes.
- Day of renewal, notify users that their renewal has been processed
